8. You may make use of this dining offer an unlimited number of times at any of the participating restaurants during the promotion period providing that you hold a valid voucher and eligible Mastercard.
9. The voucher is valid for a one-time use from the date and time of issuance up to 7 days at the selected participating restaurant.

All such issues are the responsibility of the venue concerned. Any issue or dispute relating to your dining experience (other than the validity of the offer) should be referred to and settled directly with the venue.
14. Mastercard and Inspire do not accept liability for venue changes or failures to comply, and reserve the right to use other venues as an alternative. In the event of war, earthquake, disaster, or similar acts of God, or otherwise where there are circumstances wholly outside the reasonable control of Mastercard and Inspire and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Mastercard and Inspire reserve the right to withdraw this promotion without notice and without offering compensation.
